Votre mission
To support our continued growth, we are creating a new position and recruiting our:
Spare-parts international coordinator (H/F)
Link between Internal, Suppliers & Dealers
Based in Tessenderlo (Limburg – Belgium)
Your vision and operational responsibilities:
- You personally assume to be one of our coordinators , in charge of a part of our Spare-parts & Attachments business by acting on all facets of the job.
- Your main responsibilities:
. Correspondence with dealers in whole Europe regarding spare parts orders and inquiries
. Handling all matters relating to logistical issues (availability, identification of references, deliveries, customs…)
. Contribution to the optimization and coordination of full order cycle,
. Contribution to the spare part stock management strategy
. Liaising and negotiation with some local European suppliers
. Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
. Meet productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets of the department
Vous
Your background & skills & motivations:
. Customer satisfaction
. Flexibility, communication skills and a co-operative working style
. Very good English and a good level of a second European language (German, Italian or French)
. Excellent knowledge of spare-parts logistic
. Good organizational and project management skills
. Working experience of relevant software (e.g., Exact Globe, SAP…)
. MS Office skills
. Excellent team worker and client understanding.
