The managers have experience in innovation and R&D, in Production, Quality and Supply-Chain, as well as in commercial development and marketing.

The company's particular know-how is to serve other industrial players in Lighting who deliver complex solutions for factories, shopping centers and logistics centers. Manew responds to the technical specifications of their customers by ensuring rapid and quality production.
After success in China and also in Europe with major accounts, we want to develop the European Business, and first the German One, by recruiting a local Sales Manager.
We are looking for a person with a Home-Office based in Germany to be our representative on the German Market:

Lighting complex and innovative solutions B to B (ODM)




Your mission :

With the support of our international Sales Manager and Chinese technical Teams, you represent our lighting company to develop ODM Business including luminaire,LEDM module and LED driver of professional lighting.

You analyze German top professional lighting companies routinely and develop target customers.

You create and execute strategic sales plan to develop target customers and to meet sales target.

You meet with potential target customers, grow long-lasting relationships, and discuss customers’ evolving needs to extend sales reach.

You recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential to ensure achievement sales target.

You communicate with us and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly close report, analysis and action plan.

Yours skills and motivations :

You are familiar and really motivated by the lighting industry, especially now in the B to B market to sell innovative and add-value solutions with margin because you can offer specific solutions, far from the low-cost mass market.

You have good relationship with sourcing team and product management team of top 20 Germany professional lighting companies. You want to share with them a new and reliable way to work together.

You have an excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, sales planning and market knowledge.
You speak fluently German and English.

You are inspired by a strong teamwork cooperation spirit and executive ability.
We are openmind with you whatever your status : we can employ you or enter in a free lance contract
(even if you are a young retiree).
