Votre mission

To support our continued growth, we are creating a new position and recruiting our:

Account & Finance specialist
Business & Risk control & Pay-roll coordinator
Based in Tessenderlo (Limburg – Belgium)


Your vision and operational responsibilities:

- You personally assume to be the reference, technical expertise and process manager, on the European countries for accounting and finance : Business (A/R), Risk control, social coordinator as payroll and benefits. You’ll be close from the European Finance Manager and the European CEO.

- A/R, Risk control & various accounting tasks

  • Manage the organization’s receivables process while overseeing financial and operational risk controls related to credit exposure, revenue protection, and internal compliance.

- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and recommend credit limits.

- Conduct credit checks and financial reviews of new and existing clients.

- Monitor customer exposure and recommend risk mitigation measures.

- Maintain and update credit control policies and procedures

- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding credit terms and disputes.

- Prepare periodic receivables reports for management review

  • Manage the operational administration of factoring transactions,
  • Assist the Finance manager with daily accounting operations, including data entry and maintenance of financial records

Payroll

  • Support payroll processing (external partnership), ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages
  • Collect, verify, and process employee time sheets, attendance records, and payroll data.
    Also coordinate contracts with mutual insurance companies, provident institutions and employee benefits partners.
  • Maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Update of monthly payment plan
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information


Vous

Your experience, motivations and qualities :
- Strong accounting and finance education
- 5 years, or more, of relevant experience in a B to B business
- Ability to diagnose issues and implement solutions
- Fluent English + French or German or Italian or Spanish and other language is a plus.
- Excellent team worker and client understanding.
- View on a long term collaboration and development
